Terminology (R5)

Code systems and value sets referenced by the R5 profiles. Canonicals carry the /r5 segment.

Code systems

• org-service (HuliOrgServiceCS) — identity of a tenant org-service catalog entry (the code is the org-service UUID). content = #not-present. Copied onto Appointment.serviceType.concept when booking.
• huli-confirmation-status-cs — unconfirmed / confirmed / cancelled.
• huli-cancellation-reason-cs — supplementary (non-SNOMED) cancellation reasons.
• huli-ethnicity-cs — NOM-024 ethnicity categories (draft).

Value sets

• HuliAppointmentTypeVS — SNOMED-coded appointment types.
• HuliCancellationReasonVS — SNOMED + Huli cancellation reasons.
• HuliConfirmationStatusVS — bound by the confirmation-status extension.
• HuliEthnicityVS — bound by the experimental ethnicity extension.
